Joyce Fensterstock, Operations & Finance

Joyce is a founding Partner, critical team member, and Chief Operating Officer of Connectivity Capital Partners. Prior to CCP, she was one of the founding Partners of Westwood Partners, a retained search firm focused on the financial services industry.  She has served and continues to serve as Westwood’s Chief Operating Officer since its inception in 2002.  Joyce began her career as an investment banker, first with Goldman Sachs and then with PaineWebber.  She was subsequently named Co-Head of Investment Banking at PaineWebber in 1984. After managing PaineWebber Capital, the firm’s merchant banking arm, Joyce was named President of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management in 1993.  Joyce earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from Fairfield University, and BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. In addition, she pursued her PhD in Psychology at Fordham University. When Joyce is not offering her operating expertise to one of our ideas (also known as her skepticism), she is playing the role of office “mom” and psychotherapist. On the weekends, she can either be found on the golf course or cooking up a meal for her kids and their significant others.
