Ellen Hoch, Talent Management & Operations

Ellen is one of the founding Partners of Connectivity Capital Partners. Prior to CCP, she was and continues to be a recruiter with Westwood Partners, a retained search firm. Ellen got into financial services recruiting after spending time as an equity research analyst at Citigroup, where she covered companies in the retail, chemical, and business services industries. Prior to joining Citigroup, Ellen was a Management Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Strategic Change Practice. She has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance from The University of Michigan. When not trying to crack the code on a search, Ellen can usually be found chatting up someone in the office.  She is quite social outside of work too and loves to entertain. She has been known to engage in a good game of Just Dance on the wii with her kids and is usually good for a book recommendation or tasty recipe as well.
